The r a t e s for temporary seasonal c r e d i t and oth er extended c r e d i t also were decreased by one h a l f of one percent. These r u lin g s become e f f e c t i v e March 7, 1986. P rinted on the re verse of t h i s c i r c u l a r is a copy of Supplement A to B u l l e t i n 2 which contains the c u r r e n t r a t e schedule in e f f e c t a t t h i s Bank. This supplement should be i n s e r t e d in Volume 1 of the Regulations Binders and the supplement dated May 20, 1985 should be removed.
