H o o k s , President, First National Bank, Itasca, Texas, having been elected Class A director, and A. S. C l e v e l a n d , W. D. Cleveland &l Sons, Houston, Texas, having been reelected Class B director, each for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 1935. Since the date of that circular, the Federal Reserve Board has reappointed C. C. W a l s h as Class C director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 1935, and has redesignated him as Chairman of the Board and Federal Reserve Agent of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for the year 1935. The Federal Reserve Board has also reappointed S. B. P e r k i n s , President, Perkins Dry Goods Company, Dallas, Texas, as Deputy Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for the year 1935, and has approved the reappointments of C h a r l e s C. H a l l and W. J. E v a n s as Assistant Federal Reserve Agents for the year 1935. C. M. N e w m a n , Investments, El Paso, Texas; R. M. F a r r a r , President, Farrar Lumber Company, Houston, Texas; and F r a n k M. L e w i s , S r ., F. M. Lewis &c Company, San Antonio, Texas, have been reappointed by the Federal Reserve Board as directors of the El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio branches, respectively. The Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has reappointed C. N. B a s s e t t , President, State National Bank, El Paso, Texas; Jo h n A. W il k i n s , President, State National Bank, Houston, Texas; and W a l t e r P. N a p i e r , President, Alamo National Bank, San Antonio, Texas, as directors of the El Paso, Houston, and San Antonio branches, respectively.
