SA L VAGGIO DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 F IR S T V IC E p r e s i d e n t June 21, 1991 Notice 91-52 TO: The Chief Operating Officer of the financial institution addressed SUBJECT Deposit of Selected RCPC Checks in City Cash Letters in the Dallas Office Territory DETAILS Beginning June 24, 1991, selected RCPC checks can be included in sorted city cash letters received at the Dallas Office before the 9:00 a.m. deposit deadline. RCPC checks included in city cash letters will be processed at the city per-item fee of 1.6 cents and will receive immediate availability. We expect that this program will significantly improve availability to depositors, and we anticipate widespread participation by financial institutions throughout the Federal Reserve System. ATTACHMENT The RCPC routing/transit numbers included in this program are listed on the reverse side of this notice.
