Please refer to time schedule which is a part of Circular No. 12, dated
October 30, 1928. On this schedule it is stated that if any Federal reserve
bank or branch should adopt daylight saving time, the time shown on
Schedule wtould automatically be advanced one hour for such length of
time as the daylight saving plan was observed.
For your information we wish to advise that the cities shown below
will observe daylight saving time for the period indicated, and our time
limit for the acceptance of wire transfers for completion on date of receipt
to such Federal reserve banks and branches will be one hour earlier than
time shown on our schedule.

The Federal Reserve Bank Branch of Helena will, from May 1 to
August 31, inclusive, close on Saturdays at 12:00 noon and on other busi­
ness days at 2:00 p. m., mountain time. During this period our time limit
for acceptance of transfers will be 12:00 noon and 2:00 p. m., central time.
The Salt Lake City Branch will, from May 1 to September 30, inclu­
sive, close on Saturdays at 12:00 noon and on other busines days at 2:00
p. m., mountain time. Our time limit for acceptance of transfers during
this period will be 12:00 noon and 2 p. m., central time.
