S. Savings Bonds, Series E, in Punch Card Form (No Publicity) 1. T he identified bonds are inscribed in the name of M artha C. Chesko, 2705 Chesterfield Avenue, B alti more, Maryland. 2. Serial numbers of the identified bonds are in the range of M 101,011,959-M 101,741,617. 3. T h e bonds presented to date show that they were purported to have been issued by the M etropolitan Office of the Savings Bank of Baltimore. 4. There is no key punching in the bonds. 5. T he green shading under Lincoln’s portrait is omitted. 6. Serial numbers are printed in a light shade of red and are im properly spaced and aligned. Should any of these counterfeit bonds be presented to your institution, th ey m ust not be paid and the matter should be reported prom ptly to the nearest U nited States Secret Service Office or your local police.
