The Off-line Origination Surcharge and the Telephone Advice Surcharge for Transfer of Funds were incorrectly listed as $10.00 each. The correct fee for both surcharges is $12.00 each. Please make this change in your copy of the notice. We apologize for any inconve nience this may have caused.
