FEDERAL RESERVE OF BANK DALLAS June 1, 1927 To The Member Bank Addressed: We take pleasure in enclosing you herewith a copy of the Federal Reserve Act, approved on December 23, 1913, with its various amendĀ ments from August 4, 1914, to February 25, 1927, including what is commonly known as the so-called McFadden Bill, together with an appendix containing various provisions of certain Acts of Congress which affect directly, or indirectly, the operations of Federal Reserve banks, and banks which are members of the Federal Reserve System. We feel quite sure that you will find the Federal Reserve Act, as amended in the copy herewith enclosed, of valuable assistance to every member bank in the Federal Reserve System, and suggest that you careĀ fully preserve the same for ready reference as occasion or necessity may require.
