Fed eral R eserve bank of Dallas D A L L A S 13, T E X A S March 13, 1946 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the Commercial State Bank of El Campo, Texas, located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, was admitted to membership in the Federal Reserve System today. The new member bank has common capital of $50,000, surĀ plus of $50,000, undivided profits of $48,900, and total resources of $5,200,000. Its officers and directors are as follows: OFFICERS R.
