Amendment No. 1 Effective August 21, 1959 to Bulletin No. 9 dated June 15, 1959 FED ER AL RESERVE BANK O F DALLAS COLLECTION OF NONCASH ITEMS T o the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks o f the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: A s a result of the admission of Hawaii to statehood on August 21, 1959, this bank’s Bulletin No. 9, dated June 15, 1959, relating to the collection of noncash items, is hereby amended effective August 21, 1959 by the revision of Footnote 2 to read as follows: 2For the purposes of this bulletin, any dependency, insular possession or part of the United States outside the States of the United States and the District of Columbia shall be deemed to be in or of such Federal Reserve district as the Board of Governors may designate.
