FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Amendment INo. 1 Effective August 21, 1959 to Bulletin No. 8 dated April 5, 1957 COLLECTION OF CASH ITEMS T o the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: A s a result of the admission of Hawaii to statehood on August 21, 1959, this bank’s Bulletin No. 8, dated April 5, 1957, relating to the collection of cash items, is hereby amended effective August 21, 1959 by the revision of Footnote 2 to read as follows: 2For the purposes of this bulletin, any dependency, insular possession or part of the United States outside the States of the United States and the District of Columbia shall be deemed to be in or of such Federal Reserve district as the Board of Governors may designate.
