City Processed Fine Sort and City Return Item Fine Sort prices will change from .5 cents per item to .4 cents per item. RCPC Processed Fine Sort and RCPC Return Item Fine Sort prices will change from .6 cents per item to .5 cents per item. There is no change to the package fee.
