TEXAS February 14, 1955 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the City National Bank of Austin, Austin, Texas, located in the territory served by the San An tonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business today as a conversion of The Fidelity State Bank, Austin, Texas. The new member bank has capital of $500,000, surplus of $250,000, undivided profits of $160,000, and total resources ex ceeding $8,000,000. Its officers and directors are as follows: OFFICERS H. H.
