To All Banks of the
Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
This is to advise that the City National Bank of Austin,
Austin, Texas, located in the territory served by the San An­
tonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened
for business today as a conversion of The Fidelity State Bank,
Austin, Texas.
The new member bank has capital of $500,000, surplus of
$250,000, undivided profits of $160,000, and total resources ex­
ceeding $8,000,000.
Its officers and directors are as follows:
