FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS D A L L A S 13, T E X A S November 22, 1949 To the Bank Addressed: The Citizens State Bank, Sweeny, Texas, a newly organized insured nonmember bank located in the territory served by our Houston Branch, has notified us that it will open for business today, and that remittance will be made at par, effective immediately, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. The combined A.B.A transit and routing symbol number of the new bank is 88-2259. 1131 This addition will be shown in the Decern ber, 1949, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
