To the Bank Addressed:
The Citizens State Bank, Carrizo Springs,
Texas, a nonmember bank located in the territory
served by the San Antonio Branch, has notified us
that remittance will be made at par, effective
immediately, for checks drawn on it when received
from the Federal Reserve Bank.
This change will be reflected in the March,
1947, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
