FEDERAL RESERVE BA N K OF D ALLAS D A L L A S 13, T E X A S March 15, 1948 To the Bank Addressed: The Citizens Bank, Tucumcari, New Mexico, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank, located in the territory served by the El Paso branch, has notified us that it will open for business today, March 15, 1948, and that remittance will be made at par, effective immediately, for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank. This change will be shown in the April, 1948, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
