CHANGES

IN O F F I C E R S

To the Member Bank Addressed:
The following changes in the officers of the head office and branches
have been approved by the Board of Directors, effective May 23rd:
HEAD OFFICE
W. D. Gentry was advanced to the office of Senior Assistant
Cashier, and will have supervision of the Loan Department.
J. L. Hermann, Assistant Cashier, will, have supervision of the
Transit Department and Mailing Department, succeeding W. 0. Ford,
transferred.
E. B. Austin, Assistant Cashier, will have supervision of the
Cash Department and Accounting Department, succeeding J. L.
Hermann.
R. 0. Webb, heretofore Manager of the Service Department, was
elected Assistant Cashier, and will have supervision of the Mainte­
nance, Service and Fiscal Agency Departments, succeeding E. B.
Austin.
BRANCHES
W. 0. Ford, heretofore Senior Assistant Cashier at the head
office, was elected Managing Director of the El Paso Branch, suc­
ceeding M. Crump, transferred.
M. Crump, heretofore Managing Director of the El Paso Branch,
was elected Managing Director, and C. B. Mendel was elected Cashier,
of the branch to be established at San Antonio. The date of the open­
ing of the San Antonio Branch will be announced later.
