The following changes are being made in the list of those authorized to sign on behalf of this Bank: James 0. Russell, Chief Examiner, retired at the close of business June 29, 1973. His name should be removed from the list of those authorized to sign. Charles A. Gore has succeeded Mr. Russell as Chief Examiner effective July 1, 1973. Millard E. Sweatt, Jr. has been elected Assistant Counsel effective July 1, 1973. William H. Kelly, Director of Research, has been designated Assistant Vice President effective August 6, 1973, and is authorized to sign in that capacity. Joseph E.
