CHANGES IN A U D IT IN G AND D EPA R TM EN TS AT EL PASO HOUSTON BRANCHES To the Member Bank Addressed: Effective May 1, 1924, certain functions of the auditing departments at the El Paso and Houston branches will be discontinued, and the positions of Assistant Federal Reserve Agent and Assistant Auditor abolished. In connection with the rearrangement of the auditing functions at the branches the following appointments have been made: E L PASO BR A N C H Mac C. Smyth, heretofore connected with the Auditing Department at the Head Office, has been designated Branch Auditor. HO USTO N BRANCH C. L. Whitley, heretofore connected with the Auditing Department at the Houston Branch, has been designated Branch Auditor. H E A D O F F IC E W. P. Clarke and S. H. Leavell, heretofore Assistant Federal Reserve Agents and Assistant Auditors at the El Paso and Houston Branches, respectively, have been transferred to the Head Office as Assistant Auditors.
