Federal reserve Bank OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, November 28,1944 To the Member Bank Addressed: At a recent meeting of the Board of Directors of this bank, the following changes were made in the official staff, effective December 16, 1944. Mr. J. Lee Cook, Cashier of the San Antonio Branch, was elected Cashier of the Houston Branch, succeeding Mr. E. A. Chancellor, resigned. Mr. H. K. Davis, Assistant Cashier of the San Antonio Branch, was elected Cashier of that branch, succeeding Mr. Cook. Mr. Alfred E.
