To the Member Bank Addressed:
At a meeting of our Board of Directors held on the 14th instant, the
resignation of Mr. Reece T. Freeman, Assistant Cashier, was presented and
accepted effective October 15. Mr. Freeman had supervision over the
Loan & Discount Department and Fiscal Agency Department.
Effective immediately, Mr. W. D. Gentry, Assistant Cashier, supervis­
ing the Credit Department, will also have supervision of the Loan & Dis­
count Department, and Mr. E. B. Austin, Assistant Cashier, supervising the
Service Department, will also have supervision of the Fiscal Agency De­
partment.
