Effective October 1, 1937, this bank and its branches at Houston, San Antonio and
El Paso will be open for business each day except Sundays or days or parts of days ob­
served as legal holidays, as follows:

Circulars covering Telegraphic Transfers, Money Shipments and Receipts, and Transit
Operations, are being revised and will be mailed to all member banks within a short time;
however, in the event such circulars are not received by October 1, 1937, outstanding cir­
culars on the foregoing subjects are modified or amended as of that date to the extent
made necessary by the change in banking hours as stated above.
