(Central Standard Time) 9 :00 a. m. until 1 :00 p. m. (Central Standard Time) El Paso Branch 9 :00 a. m. until 2 :00 p. m. (Mountain Time) 9 :00 a. m. until 12:00 Noon (Mountain Time) Circulars covering Telegraphic Transfers, Money Shipments and Receipts, and Transit Operations, are being revised and will be mailed to all member banks within a short time; however, in the event such circulars are not received by October 1, 1937, outstanding cir culars on the foregoing subjects are modified or amended as of that date to the extent made necessary by the change in banking hours as stated above.
