TEXAS July 6,1965 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise th a t the Capital National Bank, Houston, Texas, a newly organized institution located in the territory served by the Houston Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business Thursday, July 1, 1965, as a memĀ ber of the Federal Reserve System, The new member bank has capital of $2,000,000, surplus of $1,500,000 and undivided profits of $1,000,000.
