TEXAS 75222 Circular No. 82-165 D e c e m b e r 14, 1982 BULLETIN 2 RATES FOR DISCOUNTS AND ADVANCES TO ALL DEPOSITORY INSTITUTIONS AND OTHERS CONCERNED IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: E ffectiv e Decem ber 14, 1982, the Board o f Governors o f the Federal Reserve System approved action by the Board o f D irectors o f the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas decreasing by one half o f one percent the basic discount rate. Also, the rates for other extended credit were reduced by one half of one percent. Printed on the reverse of this circular is a copy o f Supplement A to Bulletin 2 which contains the current rate schedule in e f f e c t at this Bank. This supplement should be inserted in Volume 1 of the Regulations Binders and the supplement dated November 23, 1982, should be removed.
