TEXAS 7 5 2 2 2 Circular No. 68-235 November 4,1968 To the Bank Addressed: We are advised that the Border Bank, Hidalgo, Texas, a newly organized nonmember bank located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business November 1, 1968. The bank has notified us that remittance will be made at par for checks drawn on it when received from the Federal Reserve Bank.
