FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, April 27, 1950 To the Member Bank Addressed: I am pleased to announce that our Board of Directors has elected Mr. E. H. Berg Assistant General Auditor of the bank, effective May 1, 1950. Mr. Berg has been connected with the bank since September 20, 1919. He has served in various capacities, and was Cashier of our El Paso Branch at the time of his election as Assistant General Auditor. I am also pleased to announce that Mr. Alvin E. Russell has been elected Cashier of the El Paso Branch, effective May 1, 1950, to succeed Mr. Berg. Mr. Russell has been connected with the bank since June 6, 1919, and was Manager of the Loan and Service Department of our San Antonio Branch at the time of his election as Cashier of the El Paso Branch.
