in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

In our Circular No. 69-227, dated September 5, 1969s you were
requested to reply to the following statement:

"This Bank does not participate in the types of trans­
actions described in the amendments to Regulation D, "Re­
serves of Member Banks," and Regulation M, "Foreign Acti­
vities of National Banks."
We have not received a reply from your bank. In order that we
may know whether you participate in such transactions, please indicate
in the space provided below and return this letter to us.
