Dallas, Texas, December 27, 1955

To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:
For your information, all Federal Reserve banks and branches
will be closed on January 2,1956, with the exception of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas and its branches at El Paso, Houston, and
San Antonio, Texas.
We are also informed that the Louisville Branch of the Federal
Reserve Bank of St. Louis will be closed on January 19 and Janu­
ary 30, 1956.
We are transmitting this information to you for your guidance
in connection with transit operations and transfers of funds.
