FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS September 4, 1935 BANKING ACT OF 1935 To the Member Bank Addressed: There is enclosed, for your information, a copy of the Banking Act of 1935 as passed by the Congress and approved by the President on August 23, 1935. While the text of the Act will appear in the forthcoming issue of the Fed eral Reserve Bulletin and a revised edition of the Federal Reserve Act will be issued as soon as possible, I thought you would be interested in receiving the enclosed pending the receipt of the Bulletin and the revised Federal Reserve Act.
