F e d e r a l R e s e r v e Ba n k of D a ll a s DALLAS, TEXAS April 11, 1962 To the Bank Addressed: We have been advised that the Bank of Dallas, Dallas, Texas, a newly organized, insured, nonmember bank located in the ter ritory served by the head office of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will open for business on Thursday, April 12, 1962. The bank has notified us that payment will be made at par for checks drawn on it. Checks drawn on this bank will be handled by us on an imme diate credit basis and will be collected through the Dallas Clearing House Association.
