B O YK I N president September 26, 1986 DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 Circular 86-84 TO: All financial institutions in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District SUBJECT Announcement of changes in the official staff of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas DETAILS It is a pleasure to announce that the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has made the following promotions in the official staff of the Bank, effective October 1, 1986: Robert D. Hankins, Assistant Vice President, has been promoted to Vice President, and will have general supervision of the Bank Examination, the Bank Holding Company Inspection, and the Surveillance and Special Monitoring sections in the Supervision and Regulations Department. W. Arthur Tribble, Assistant Vice President, has been promoted to Vice President, and will have general supervision of the Applications and Consumer Affairs sections, and will be responsible for supervisory actions, training, and other support services in the Supervision and Regulations Department. Anthony J. Montelaro, Vice President in charge of the Supervision and Regulations Department, has elected to take early deferred retirement, effective October 1, 1986, to head the Dallas office of Secura Group, a nationwide consulting firm. He began his career at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1967, came to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas as Assistant Vice President in 1979, and was subsequently elected to Vice President.
