FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, December 28, 1943 ANNOUNCEMENT To the Member Bank Addressed: At a recent meeting of our Board of Directors, the following changes were made in our official staff: Mr. Allen Sayles, Cashier of our Houston Branch, was elected an As sistant Cashier of the Head Office, effective January 1, 1944. Mr. C. M. Rowland, Cashier of our San Antonio Branch, was elected Cashier of our Houston Branch, effective February 1, 1944. Mr. J. L. Cook, Assistant Cashier of our Houston Branch, was elected Cashier of our San Antonio Branch, effective February 1, 1944.
