Jaramillo, Senior Human Resources Consultant with ARCO Oil and Gas Company, has been elected Assistant Vice President of this Bank, effective May 19, 1986. Mr. Jaramillo, a native of El Paso, Texas, is a graduate of Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, and received his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He has held several positions at the University of Michigan and was Assistant Professor of Psychology and Coordinator of University Programs for the Southwest Resource Center for Science and Engineering at the University of New Mexico. In 1980 he joined Johnson and Johnson as a Personnel Specialist responsible for supervisory and management training programs.
