FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, January 3, 1938 ANNOUNCEMENT To the Member Bank Addressed: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has designated Mr. J. H. Merritt of McKinney, Texas, as Chairman and Federal Reserve Agent of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for the year 1938, to succeed Col. C. C. Walsh, whose term as Class C Director and designation as Chair man and Federal Reserve Agent expired December 31, 1937. Mr. Merritt was appointed a Class C Director of this bank by the Board of Governors in January 1937, for the unexpired portion of the term ending December 31,1938. Respectfully, b.a .
