FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS DALLAS, TEXAS February 28,1958 To the Bank Addressed: The American State Bank, San Antonio, Texas, a newly organized par, insured, nonmember bank, located in the territory served by our San Antonio Branch, has notified us that it will open for business March 3, 1958. Checks drawn on this bank that are received by our San Antonio Branch for collection will be presented for payment by mail and credit for such items will be deferred in accordance with the terms and conditions of our current bulletin on the Collection of Cash Items. The combined A.B.A. transit number and routing symbol of the new bank is 30-81. 1141 This addition will be shown in the March, 1958, supplement to the Federal Reserve Par List.
