F e d e r a l R es er v e Ba n k o f Da lla s DALLAS, TEXAS 75222 C ircular No. 77-1 34 December 5, 1977 AMENDMENT TO SUPPLEMENT A TO BULLETIN 1 TO ALL MEMBER BANKS AND OTHERS CONCERNED IN THE ELEVENTH FEDERAL RESERVE DISTRICT: The 1977 Texas Legislature amended the list of banking holidays set out in the Texas Banking Code of 1943. It deleted as a b a n k ing holiday the preceding Friday when Ja n u a ry 1 is a S aturday. It added as banking holidays the preceding Friday when November 11 is a Saturday and the succeeding Monday when November 11 is a Sunday. Accordingly, the Bank has amended the listing of non-banking days observed by it to reflect this change. You should remove Bulletin 1, Supplement A—Banking and Non banking Days, dated June 20, 1975, p resently in your Regulations b in d e r, and replace it with the amended Supplement A, p rinte d on the r e v e rs e side of this c i r c u l a r .
