FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, June 18, 1940 To All Banking Institutions, and Others Concerned, in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: There is quoted below further amendment to Regulations o f April 10, 1940, as amended, relating to transactions in foreign exchange, transfers o f credit, payments, and the export or withdrawal of coin, bullion and cur rency, and transfers, withdrawals and exportations of, or dealings in, evi dences o f indebtedness or ownership; and to reports of foreign property interests in the United States:* AMENDMENT TO REGULATIONS ‘‘The Regulations of April 10,1940, as amended (Sections 130.1 to 130.6), are further amended so as to extend all the provisions thereof to, and with respect to, property in which France, or any national thereof, has at any time on or since June 17, 1940, had any interest of any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect; except that reports on form TFR-100 with respect to all property situated in the United States on June 17, 1940, in which France, or any national thereof, has at any time on or since June 17, 1940, had any interest o f any nature whatsoever, direct or indirect, shall be filed by July 17, 1940.
