AMENDMENT TO REGULATION Q

To All Member Banks
in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System adopted,
effective November 5, 1969, an amendment to Regulation Q relating to
interest on time deposits of foreign governmental entities and interna­
tional organizations.
A copy of the amendment is enclosed. It is requested that member
banks place the amendment in the ring binder containing the Regulations
of the Board of Governors and Bulletins of this Bank.
