F ederal Reserve Bank O F DALLAS Dallas, Texas, September 30,1942 To the Member Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: There is enclosed a copy of an amendment to Regulation A, adopted by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, effective September 21, 1942. This amendment relates to the eligibility for discount at a Federal Reserve bank of notes evidencing loans guaranteed under Executive Order No. 9112 when the question of negotiability might be involved.
