TR EASURY DEPARTMENT Foreign Funds Control March 15, 1944 AMENDMENT OF GENERAL LICENSE NO. 58 UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 8389, AS AMENDED, EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 9193, SECTION 5(b) OF THE TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT, AS AMENDED BY THE FIRST WAR POWERS ACT, 1941, RELATING TO FOREIGN FUNDS CONTROL.* General License No. 58, as amended, is hereby amended in the follow ing respects: (1) by deleting the words “ Stabilization Board of China” in para graphs (1) (b) ( i) , ( l ) ( c ) ( i ) , ( l ) ( c ) ( i i ) , and (2) (a) thereof and sub stituting therefor the words “ Commission for the Control of Foreign Exchange Assets, Chungking, China,” ; and (2) by deleting the word “ Board” in paragraph (2) (a) thereof and substituting therefor the word “ Commission” .
