FEDERAL RESERVE B A N K O F D ALLAS D A L L A S 13, T E X A S October 22,1948 T o A ll Banks o f the Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict This is to advise that the Alm eda State Bank, Houston, Texas, a new ly organized institution located in the territory served by our H ouston Branch, opened fo r business today as a mem ber bank o f the Federal Reserve System. The new bank has paid-in capital funds o f $246,000, com prised o f capital $200,000, surplus $25,000 and undivided profits o f $21,000. Its officers and directors are as fo llo w s : OFFICERS J. W.
