Eleventh Federal Reserve D istrict
This is to advise that the Alm eda State Bank, Houston,
Texas, a new ly organized institution located in the territory
served by our H ouston Branch, opened fo r business today as
a mem ber bank o f the Federal Reserve System.
The new bank has paid-in capital funds o f $246,000, com ­
prised o f capital $200,000, surplus $25,000 and undivided profits
o f $21,000.
Its officers and directors are as fo llo w s :

fo r collection by the Federal Reserve Bank Branch, Houstion, will be collected by mail on a deferred basis under the
term s o f our current bulletin on Transit Operations. The com ­
bined A .B .A . transit and routing sym bol o f the new bank is
