TEXAS April 1, 1957 To All Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: This is to advise that the Alice National Bank, Alice, Texas, located in the territory served by the San Antonio Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, opened for business to day as a conversion of the Alice Bank & Trust Company, Alice, Texas. The new member bank has capital of $500,000, surplus of $400,000, and undivided profits of $407,000. Its officers and directors are as follows: OFFICERS A. C. Jones, President H. J.
