FEDERAL. RESERVE BANK
OF DALLAS

Dallas, Texas, May 12, 1941

To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks
of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District:

Please refer to our circular letter dated April 19, 1941, advising that cerĀ
tain Federal Reserve banks and branches would observe daylight saving
time from April 28 to September 27, inclusive.
We are now advised that the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve
Bank of St. Louis began operating under daylight saving time April 28.
Accordingly, during the period mentioned, our time limit for the acceptance
of wire transfers to the Louisville Branch, for completion on date of receipt,
will be one hour earlier than the time shown on the schedule, which is part
of our Bulletin No. 6, dated September 15, 1939.

Yours very truly,

R. R. GILBERT
President
