RESERVE BANK OF DALLAS Dallas, Texas, May 12, 1941 To the Member and Nonmember Clearing Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: Please refer to our circular letter dated April 19, 1941, advising that cerĀ tain Federal Reserve banks and branches would observe daylight saving time from April 28 to September 27, inclusive. We are now advised that the Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis began operating under daylight saving time April 28. Accordingly, during the period mentioned, our time limit for the acceptance of wire transfers to the Louisville Branch, for completion on date of receipt, will be one hour earlier than the time shown on the schedule, which is part of our Bulletin No. 6, dated September 15, 1939.
