Based on data furnished by participating commercial banks in the Eleventh District, the reports contain extensive salary and personnel data for 33 official positions and 26 employee positions. Each position is surveyed as to average, minimum, median, and maximum salaries, seniority, bonuses, retirement, insurance, and other incentives. For more meaningful reports, comparisons were made based on bank deposit size and Federal Reserve District office locations. If your institution did not participate in the survey but would like to receive copies of the reports, please complete the attached order form. The cost for each set of reports is $100.
