Based on data furnished by participating commercial banks in the Eleventh District, the reports contain extensive salary and personnel data for 33 official positions and 28 employee positions. Each position is surveyed as to average, minimum and maximum salaries, seniority, bonuses, retirement, insurance, and other incentives. For more meaningful reports, comparisons were made based on bank deposit size and geographic location. If your institution did not participate in the survey but would like to receive copies of the reports, please complete the order form on the reverse side of this notice.
