in the Eleventh Federal Reserve District. A total of 68 banks participated in this
program last year. While a l member banks are being supplied the enclosed materĀ­

i l which summarizes the operations of a number of banks, participating banks are

being provided with a comprehensive report based on their own performances for
the calendar year.
The FCA Program was designed to help commercial bank management
evaluate the contribution each function makes to t t l growth and profit, and we
oa
believe the program can be used effectively by banks of any size.
