ADDENDUM

Transfer of Territory in District 4

Effective August 2, 1973, the counties of Auglaize,
Mercer, and Shelby were transferred to the territory of the
Cincinnati Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland,
and the counties of Belmont, Jefferson, and Monroe were
transferred to the Pittsburgh Branch.

These six counties

were formerly included in the territory served by the Head
Office at Cleveland.

Transfer of Territory in District 6

Effective July 1, 1975, a new branch of the Federal Reserve
Bank of Atlanta was established at Miami, Florida. The following
Florida counties are transferred from the Jacksonville Branch territory
and now constitute the territory of the new branch office:

ADDENDUM

Transfer of Territory in District 8

Effective July 20, 1972, the towns of Holland
(Dubois County), Indiana, and Loogootee (Martin County),
Indiana, have been transferred to the territory of the
Louisville Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
These two towns were formerly included in the territory
of the Head Office of the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank.

ADDENDUM

Transfer of Territory from District 11 to District 12

Effective January 1, 1977, the territory served
by the Los Angeles Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of
San Francisco will be extended to include all of Arizona.
The counties of Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima and Santa
Cruz have previously been in the territory served by the
El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
