Federal reserve Bank OF DA LLAS Dallas, Texas, October 29,1945 To the Member Banks of the Eleventh Federal Reserve District: For your information, the offices of the Board of Governors of the Federal Res'erve System will be closed on Monday, November 12, in observance of Armistice Day which falls on Sunday, and on Thursday, November 22, Thanksgiving Day. There will be no clearings on these days, and the books of the Board’s Interdistrict Settlement Fund will be closed. All Federal Reserve banks and branches will be closed on November 12 and Novem ber 22 with the exception of the following: November 12 November 22 Little Rock Oklahoma City* Jacksonville Nashville Little Rock Memphis For your further information, Thursday, November 29, will be observed as Thanks giving Day by the following Federal Reserve branches: Little Rock Memphis Jacksonville Nashville The following additional holidays will be observed by Federal Reserve banks and branches during the month of November: November 1 New Orleans All Saints’ Day November 6 New York Buffalo Election Day Philadelphia Pittsburgh Richmond On November 1, November 6, and November 29 the offices concerned will not partici pate in the Interdistrict Settlement Fund clearing. November 6, Election Day, will be observed as a legal holiday in Ohio and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and its Cincinnati Branch will be closed after 1:00 p. m. on that day but will participate in the Interdistrict Settlement Fund clearing.
