To the Member Bank Addressed:

Saturday, March 2, Texas Independence Day, will be observed, as a holi­
day by this bank and its branches, and we are advised by the Board of
Governors of the Federal Reserve System that the following holidays will
be observed by other Federal Reserve banks and branches during the month
o f M arch:

Minneapolis
Nashville
New Orleans
