Operating Circulars Available on the Internet
DETAILS
On January 2, 1998, 10 o f the 11 new standardized operating circulars o f the Federal
Reserve System became effective. These circulars, which are uniform across all Reserve Banks,
make it easier for depository institutions to conduct business in multiple Fed districts. Each
institution received a three-ring binder containing the 10 new circulars. As an added conve­
nience, these circulars are now available via the Internet at the following address:
