Beginning May 15, 1986, most Savings Bond tr a n s a c t i o n s from f in an cial i n s t i t u t i o n s located in the Eleventh Federal Reserve D i s t r i c t should be d ir e c te d to the post o f f i c e box number shown below.** This post o f f i c e box is intended only f o r Savings Bond t r a n s a c t i o n s and n e i t h e r c e r t i f i e d nor r e g i s t e r e d mail should be d ir e c te d to i t . Using the new address will expedite d eliv er y se rv ic es and f a c i l i t a t e t r a n s a c t i o n processing. Enclosed are labels for your convenience when using t h i s new s e rv ic e .
